The Roots – Quick Millennium (Multiple Versions) (Circa 1999)

One of the many Roots songs that never made an album, ‘Quicksand Millennium’ is a representation of The Roots at their best. This joint was said to be left off of their 1999 release “Things Fall Apart”, and it’s a shame that it was. There are two versions of this song, and you can hear the subtle differences, one being more stripped, while the other is a little fuller, and a little faster. Decide which one you like better, and vibe out to Black Thought and Malik B at their best.
